Couldn't agree more, thank god we don't have to go through the coaching search. What's even better is that we don't have to see Shurmur on the Cleveland sideline.

Why? If the Browns have to go 50 years without a title then the Raiders can too. It has only been 31 years since their last title. They can go to 2033 and not win as far as I am concerned.

I actually think Mangini could have been a pretty good coach. We got rid of him only because Holmgren wanted "his guy". And you know what that got us.
So, if Mangini could get that gig sans Holmgren, then I think they could be OK......but I would be OK if they were not OK.

Idk. I may be in the minority here, but I think Mangini was a pretty decent coach. He was just sunk by a lack of talented players and by a shitty FO.
