Why in the hell wouldn't he come back to OSU? He didn't even have a full season as the starter. If he declared now he wouldn't even have a shot at a first round pick.

I believe the deadline to declare for the draft is January 15.
Which is stupid of course because the draft isn't until May. That deadline is more designed as a punishment than for any legitimate reason.
