1. I'd like to see some stability. Don't fire the head coach or a coordinator until 2017.
2. Draft that defensive stud in the first round. Give us that Ray Lewis, Suggs, Harrison, even Shazier that bad ass NFC North defensive player that will be a bad ass in Brown for years to come.
3. Find an offensive identity
4. Coach 'em up. Get West, Crow and Gilbert up to speed on board and ready to make an impact.

A solid QB is all that this team has really needed ... for a long, long time. I don't know how, but the Browns need to find one.
