This was my thought initially as well . . . If Kyle wasn't supposed to have his cell, how come he gets to fly the coup and get off with no consequences. I can't remember how it went down if he saw them in game or not, but couldn't farmer just say I had no idea he'd actually have his phone on the sideline.

I agree the aforementioned are better, more interesting, posters than the latter.
My feeling is that this is a Browns forum ... so even the most obnoxious of Browns fans get a pass (to a certain extent) while non-Browns fans will be moderated. I don't want them dominating conversations, starting multiple threads, etc.
The guys you mention didn't handle that well and wanted to fight the moderation. I was just like "fuck it, he's not a Browns fan, he's out of here, don't have time for this".
George and Knobslobber will be back, they are on timeouts. Shorts started spamming and someone gave him his last rites, wasn't me, although I approve of it.
The Steeler trolls, for the most part, have accepted their place on the food chain but they still get timeouts too. It's more about giving the mods a break.
Guys like Itoldyou and the other Debbie Downers, they only come out when there is bad news, you guys do a good job of putting them in their place.

I have looked at that bored maybe 4 times a year but have not created an account. ^^ This makes no sense. Im not a huge MKC fan but in this instance she did her job as the browns beat reporter. she was out front with what seems to be credible information. ESPN, CBS, almost every national radio station had something to say about the browns this morning. Hell former coach Sam Rutigliano said he would have done the same think Shanny did while he was the head coach. But hes an idiot right.

I really feel for ol Mike Pettine I feel he is more of a puppet and not coaching to his full ability. He is a great motivator maybe the best weve had. But there is a reason the league reconized coaching talent doesnt want to come here. Its for the short term problems and not the problems of regims past. Cower would never come here. Haslam is a relatively new owner. If he is too much hands on hopefully he will learn and back off and let the people he hired do their jobs. I think we have the best coach with Pettine since coming back in the league in 99. That alone gives me hope for the future.

This is kinda bs honestly. There are people putting bounties on on players. They are filming signs to cheat, and deflating balls, but we send some texts, and someone is going to be suspended AND lose draft picks? Way to be NFL , as if you didn't look bad enough with wildly inconsistent penalties on Ray Rice and so forth.

I find it hard to believe a coach would be monitoring his cell phone while the game is going on. Maybe Shanahan was bitter about it and blew the whistle; the threat of draft picks being lost for this is stupid.
