Cameron or Gresham

The Browns Board
14 11 603
  • It is assumed that Jordan Cameron will leave the Browns. Jermaine Gresham....Bengals...is a UFA.

Who is better at this point? Again.....use the philosophy....take away from your rivals to strengthen your team. Can the Browns use him?

  • Draft a TE. Gresham is not as good as he once was (was he ever actually considered an above average tight end?)

  • I want to resign Cameron but at a fair price given his injury history.

It wouldn't surprise me if he's just trying to get one final pay day before he retires for his own safety.

Maybe HE will pull a Jack Locker?

I am fairly OK with that....except for the fact that you would have a rookie that you have to go through growing pains with....as we had to with Jordan.

  • Two best TE's available on the FA Board and the Draft don't offer much after top 3. Gresham to me the safest pick, but we need a Young one with what we got on the Roster right now...

  • Also sounds like we're interested in Charles Clay from the Dolphins

Jordan was a raw mid-round round pick with very little experience.

His growing pains were likely much greater than most of the top TE's available in this draft.

  • Julius Thomas was the guy they shoulda pinged up for. But hey these guys know what they are doing.

  • I would prefer the Penn State tight end with our fourth round pick in the draft (Jesse James)sp

His injuries exacerbated the growing pains. But then, it seems that ALL TEs get injured. Gronk, Gresham, Graham, Gates etcc etc etc. all seem to have injury problems.

(Or is is just TEs whose last names begin with G?)

  • I'm OK with Dray...

  • but these forum geniouses know better than someone getting paid 6 to 7 figures to make these decisions......based upon years of experience, film study and inside/personal info and feel.

walterwhite and cdl would have us draft like chris palmer.

    WHOO!!

    dopes.
