Yep, a typical tactic. Draw attention from Lerners acquittal by indicting Menendez at the same time. Menendez..the democrats sacrificial lamb.
Menendez...a Democrat that supports Israel, is critical of Obamas policy with Iran, and once fumed that the White House's talking points sounded like they come straight out of Tehran.
