  • I'm in favor of straight up legalization but I don't really believe it has much medicinal value. Certainly it's analgesic effects are not as potent as over the counter analgesics.

    As for cancer there's a lot of plants that are shown to have anti cancer effects including many vegetables and fruits such as soursop. marijuana is hardly unique in this respect and is very unlikely to ever produce a cure. Just stop and admit that pot's main draw is getting you high.

    And dont think anyones saying that getting stoned isnt it's main draw. We get that completely. andknow why most people smoke it ...

    I only posted this because you made a blanket statement that said it had no medical value and there is no evidence of that .......so all Im doing is showing you there are mountains of evidence and studies out there......lots and lots and lots...

    Either way, If I have a headache, I take aspirin....

    it's pain relieving properties are way overblown. Taking two advil will relieve pain much more effectively than the best pot in the world.

    If I have a migraine I smoke my vape. My dad's pax ploom to be specific. It's also a lot cheaper to take an advil and it's not illegal. Legalize it and more people will use it for pain management.

  • And if I have a real true migraine smoking or vaping anything is disgusting and will make me puke. The only thing that will help me is sleep.

    Where did I imply I was a regular weed smoker? I'm a once or twice a month kind of guy. I've also never had pot give me a headache. Sleep or the vape gets rid of migraines for me and I don't get migraines often.
