I didn't read the articles no....but you know as well as I do that reparations talk has cropped up time and time again. Have heard debates regarding it on TV.
But instead of whining about news sources, why don't you share with us the compassionate liberals view on reparations.

Oh and just to be serious for a "moment"....has this country really never "officially" apologized for slavery? Yeah reperations aren't gonna happen but frankly, if an apology was never officially released...that's kind of horseshit. Fuck didn't we apologize for nuking the japs? Didn't they also apologize for Pearl Harbor? Would it really have been a big deal at some point in the past to say hey that was kind of fucked up. Gods sake, if this is true, this really does absolutely cement in totality what's categorically wrong with the human race.

The govt. On behalf of all the American people. I'm pretty sure this was done during the proclamation so it's a moot point, I just think that FOX dude has zero idea what he's talking about. He was the one that brought up the admin might apologize, OMG OMG, for slavery. Oh I never said "whitey" invented slavery you muppet. And I know full well that black tribes sold other blacks into slavery when they routed a village. But by your own logic, those that supplied the demand for slaves have NO FAULT? Are you fucking serious? You people seem to have this idea that if our govt apologized for slavery that somehow it makes present day people personally accountable for something that happened before their time. It's symbolic, but it's important enough for a society to do it because it says "this shit ain't happening again". And anybody that resists that, imo, is potentially someone that says hey we don't know what the future will bring..maybe we'll need slaves again in the future.
