    All sorts of data, ripe for the harrassment for any political opposition -

    to make asinine claims. Like, a school/company... refuses to hire blacks...

    because those applicants HAVE A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND.

      I wouldn't doubt this is happening but I didn't see anywhere in the article where the author said he found out about said secret database. Did I miss that or are we to just go off of his word?

        good grief.
