Preseason Game #2 Bills vs Browns

  • I dont think either are playing......starting to wonder whats up with the Duke, though they are saying he will be back next week....

    Of all areas, Im pretty comfortable with the DB's and think well be strong there.....and our depth means we should get some solid plays from the back ups....eager to see more of Campbell and Gaines especially...

    Also looking to see us run the ball against the Bills front 7....one of the best in the league....but, in theory, we have one of the best OL's....sooooo, lets git er done....

    And Johnny....want to see LOTS of Johnny and continued improvement....build on last week.....

    And I would like to see the OLB's make some plays......

    And I want to STOP THE FREAKING RUN!!!.....dagnabbit....

    And....no injuries pleeeeease......

  • I recall hearing Pett say that since there are like 10 days between games, he expects a bunch of guys to be ready next Saturday in Tampa.

    Unlike last week's game, tonight's broadcast will be televised locally on WKYC channel (pre-game at 7:00).

    Anyone know why channel 5 isn't covering the game?

    I read yesterday your Channel 3 outbid channel 5 for browns coverage. What ESPN does to your coverage tonite idk?

    Nothing official in Pre that I know of... because who bets on Pre-season games?

    That is 8 defensive backs with some kind of injury.....are the Browns going to defend against the pass at all this game?

  • One of the key match ups tonight will be a very good Browns O-Line vs a very good Bills D-Line.

    I would expect the 1's to take 10 - 15 snaps against each other.

    I'll also keep an eye on Shelton, since I think he's going to be a monster in this league.

  • I want to see us compete with the Bills in all 3 phases of the game, regardless of which players are on the field. I want to see a tough, well organized team that can move the ball, and stop the run.............. Don't give a crap about the final score, just want to see a tough, physical team.

  • Can't wait to see the boys play. Second best preseason game, as far as starters' minutes. Plus Johnny will get a couple quarters. Too bad the secondary is so banged up.

  • I really think the defense has to have a very good showing tonight against a depleted Bills offense. Just hoping to see progress on offense and no injuries.

  • D Line not getting the pressure that's needed, groundhog day.

  • So far secondary and Mckown suck balls and Kruger and Starks are ballers. I gotta hope sober Johnny lights it up. Our D line are making Benny Hill and Nobody Taylor look damn good.
