Its time to Fire Pettine

The Browns Board

  • I had the misfortune of watching Josh McCown all last year down here in Tampa. When the Browns signed him I Thought it was to mentor Manziel. Looks like Manziel could mentor McCown.

No running game, no Travis Benjamin and no defense. Horrible first half in front of the home crowd. We could have had Carr and he's showing us up. Ugh

I has the misfortune of watching mccown some last year as well......he was HORRID, and he actually had playmakers on the edge to work with there.

Mccown has been in the nfl for like 11-12 years.....and except for one 8 game stretch(in an decade long career) he has been horrible. Wtf did we think we were getting?

  • So the coaches feel Josh gave us the best chance to win, Time to fire the coach staff. No good worthless cocksucker.

  • R U kidding......first two drives looked like they didn't even have spikes......O-line stinks...running or protection! JFF would have turned it over at least a couple times by now. Why would he have went on 4th an goal?????? Good thing they they are so bad and get false starts all the time!

  • So glad that stubborn asshole Pettine put Johnny back on the bench so we could watch this abortion by grandpa McCown. Fucking moron will be out of a job next year.

Defense my fucking cunt. What a passive agressive pussy

No. You'll never see a single post that isn't a compliant. Dude is probably a chick because all he does is bitch.

  • Fire Pet? Not so much, Flip? HELL YES he sucks

    Hahaha so true

  • Good lord.

  • Clearly, Pettine is a great coach who motivates his players.

  • Not Pettine's fault this team is a tire fire.

Yes because Pettine has shown us so much. You mental midget. Keep drinking the look-aid.

Hey, it's not like I'm drinking kool aid. I have some gripes. But God Damn, you act like I'm wrong.

Never do you post anything constructive or not completely off the handle.

  • It's fine. The Browns are doing well with Pettine. I retract my original statement. Extend his contract.

    That's the problem, right there.

Absolutely no fire, no urgency, no motivation at all. Xs & Os, hey we could live with some of the shortcomings. This is one of the most dismal performances in recent history, given a packed house and a supposed inferior opponent.

    Agree!

  • I think everyone needs to relax. I rather have anyone QB other then Manvagina. I did not want him in the first place another wasted pick. He is a gimmick QB who I wish we trade to Dallas. In the AFC North we need a QB who is TALL, STRONG ARM, and can make all the throws. Example: Luck, Toothlesburger, Rivers, Favre (I know retired). Type QB.

    Right.

Home to a team just like us, getting blown out of the building. Defense is a sponge, offense is worse than a CYO team.

The one thing every failure of a franchise has in common? They switch regimes every couple years. Literally every franchise that has sucked for years does this. If you think that we should continue to fire a coach after two years, you know less about football than I even thought you did. Any continued discussion about football involving you would be a total waste of my time.

  • Look at the frickn colts getting beat by titans. Are defense looked like beasts playing against the titans last week. So I think everyone needs to chill out on the firing of the coach. I think he is the best coach the browns have gotten since the return of the team. If anyone needs to be fired it would be Manzvagina, GM, and maybe the joke of a owner.

  • It is disappointing that a supposedly defensive HC has a horrendous defense.

Not saying we should fire him.
