I think Justin could work as a stopgap while we develop a drafted WR.

Reggie is young so I'm sure he'll be pursued by a few teams, but he's regressed as far as production from his rookie season. And Jacksonville is not known for its great WR's so that might be saying something.

Wasn't McCareins a Jet when Mangini got there and he let him go after a year. It seems tha the Titans are willing to let him walk also. I don't know a whole lot about him but he has moved around a lot, for whatever reason.

I wouldn't wager that it was Mangini that let him go, but rather the Jet's GM.

Justin McCareins is terrible. The guy has hands of stone and probably can't even catch a cold even if he tried. It still pisses me off that Herm Edwards traded a 2nd rounder to the Titans to get him.....ugh.

northcutt is horrible.. and still 5x better than McCareins

I say sign him for one factor.

In 2003 on the last game of the fantasy football season he returned a punt on Monday night that won me about $1000. It got me in the playoffs and then I won it all. He deserves it.
