the kid just does not get what alcoholism is all about......i hope he straightens his life out, but for christ sakes, get rid of his ass now...let someone else who is as stupid as our front ofc take him off our hands...of course no one is as stupid as the browns front ofc...so just cut him now...let him learn the hard way...

yep.... he may be a clean living mentor to Johnny....and she doesnt like that kind of positive influence?

You'd think his lady would offer support for his "problem", instead of going out drinking with him.......seriously....

    Oh yes, I'm sure...... 😳

I find it hard to believe the average Joe pulled over in the same type scenario would not get a breathalyser test by the police.

Exactly. If the officer was a fan and wanted to cut him some slack he wouldn't have written it up. Probably just issued a nothing to see here move along. If he wasn't a fan he'd make him walk the line and blow.

not that black and white, either or. lot's of factors go into cops decisions behind what they do, top of the list being what they are required to do and covering their own ass however they may have to. cops make determinations of impairment without requiring breathalizers all the time. speculation is not reality.

  • Look, I'm not a defender of Manziel here but this girl is a CLASSIC enabler. I wrote when Johnny first went to rehab that one of the first things he needed to do was break up with this woman. She doesn't care about Manziel, if she did she wouldn't let him anywhere near a bar let alone have a drink. He's a grown man I know, but still my point is she enables him into this type of bad habit. I hope Johnny realizes this and drops her like the literal bad habit she is.

she wouldn't have thrown his wallet out either...reminds me of someone i know who recently did the same thing. **shout out 🥷**

women are often a liability, and ones that are cray cray?? loving them is suicide.

is this the same chic who got his heartbeat line tattoo'd on herself?

  • She's a shallow party skank with fucked up priorities. Sounds like a perfect fit for JFF.

she is probably a drunk...don't want to make this an aa meeting, but poor ole johnny didn't learn shit at rehab...because even if he was not drinking, your not supposed to be around anyone that does...chust one of the rules...poor ole lil chonny...

  • Johnny Manziel: Outperformed today by Landry Jones, the opposing QB in his final college bowl game [A&M vs Oklahoma].

Jones, today for the squeelers: 8/12, 168, 2td for a near-perfect rating of 149.3 in just over 1 quarter of play.

That wasn't his final bowl game, nor is this relevant.

  • At least she wasn't driving...

Maybe 14 years ago the wife and I were headed to then Enron Field (now Minute Maid Park) in Houston. Approaching downtown the highway was 5-lanes wide. We were in the second lane from the left and a late-90's Camaro was in the second lane from the right a couple hundred feet ahead of us. Suddenly the Camaro made an abrupt left-hand turn and went virtually head on into the median barrier.

Long story short... The girlfriend was driving the boyfriend's car. They'd been arguing. She'd had enough. She was OK other than some air bag abrasions. He was cut on the head and royally pissed-off . We stayed until the Police responded to our 911 call.

    Missed the entire first inning...

  • I can't wait till we fire that goofy baldy headed fuck who lost us the game and his faggot QB

Manziel would have won us the game and not lobbed dumbass int's but scrambled to safety.

Fuck Mike Pettine the dumb cunt and his 36 year old journeyman.

    Bring on Johnny

Not apologizing for the kid at all but let's apply some critical thinking here. Wouldn't him partying have gotten out in some way?

Maybe TMZ viewed him as boring so stopped sending the paparazzi. Maybe now they'll send it again.

And alcoholism is something you can control. Cancer is out of your control. No comparison.

Cancer is actually not entirely out of our control, we are just entirely in the dark about our options. Lifestyle, diet, and environmental factors matter more than anyone in the mainstream will admit. we are all livestock for Big Pharma, and the controlled media does it's best to keep it that way.

I certainly don't know, but my guess is Johnny is more of a binge drinker than an out-and-out alcoholic. I'm certainly no expert on either. But I do know BSC, and her throwing his wallet out of the car is BSC (as is trying to get out of a moving vehicle).

I would advise him to fake his own death, except he's on TV, so it wouldn't work...

BSC--bat shit crazy--i am quite familiar w that term, i was in love with a gaslighter for many years.

he should run in the other direction as fast as he can.

  • Your a fucking tool.

Domestic violence, 90+ mph after drinking all this after 10 weeks of rehab. Slap in the face to the organization and you wanna reward him?

Yes indeed lots of factors. Including a police officers decision whether or not to have someone take a breathalyzer. Now I think we all realize that the police officers claim that a vehicle has been weaving or that he smells alcohol can most certainly the bullshit. Correct? So if the police officer actually did smell alcohol and refused to perform a breathalyzer it must mean something.

It at least proves that everything is not that severely by the book.

  • walter knows all the right buttons to push.......just like a cunt girlfriend.

  • Pettine ain't goin nowhere walt, just accept it.

  • not to mention McCown had one of the best qb performances against the Broncos this year.

Browns just get in their own way trying to be too cute.

Turbin is a downhill power runner so by all means run a neat little pitch sweep in overtime.

They are supposed to be a run first team so at the end of regulation with a first down inside the 10 lets run a swing pass to the fullback.

John would have the browns outta that game at halftime.

Police get a report of a driver going at a high rate of speed and driving erratically. When stopped the driver admits to have been drinking earlier and has a smell of alcohol on their person. Since when does a driver in this situation not get a breathalyser test? The officer takes the drivers word he only had a few drinks earlier? Why not take a minute and have the driver blow into a breathalyser and be sure? I heard a judge one time say he would be rich if he had a dollar for every time in a DUI case he heard that phrase in the courtroom of of the defendant saying they only had 2 drinks.

  • Yes, two beers is probably the go to answer for anyone.

I've been stopped, often in what seems to me, to be bogus situations. Usually because I'm driving home after a gig and would seem I was coming home from a bar. Which I am. But the bullshit excuse the cop gives is that I was weaving and he smells alcohol.

I knew I was leaving a bar and I haven't had a drink all night in at least a couple situations. The officers seemed annoyed when I blew a 0.0.

  • I expected a Walter thread like this.

But "I'm glad we lost" is something that I'd never say personally.

i've smelled like alcohol, had a moving violation and been let go many times based simply upon being honest, so have others i have witnessed firsthand.

where do you and Steve live, Nazi Germany?!? Jeebus, talk about a police state!

there are costs involved with investigating non-issues. the financial costs for the department for one, plus tying up courts with weak cases, overcrowded jails w nowhere to put real criminals in jails full of bad arrests, but most importantly while they're screwing around wasting time with a non-drunk who might blow .01 over there often is a tow involved, then deciding what to do with the other parties, plus pages and pages of paperwork (hours), unpaid court dates on their days off for charges that will probably get dismissed, while they are out there dealing with this non-issue half for their shift, hundreds of real crimes may have been committed.

it's prioritizing for the greater good and i for one think it's a phenomenal thing. there is also the potential for a lawsuit against the officer and the department for jailing a citizen unjustifiably. in JFF's case if he was recognized as a celebrity, knowing how deep his pockets and resources are may have attributed more to his outcome than simple good will or playing favorites.

if you got detained for nothing, there was probably a reason. wrong place at the wrong time is a big one. cops are like everyone else, most don't do more than they have to but if you are out and about when drunks are driving the streets, it's like being in a bad neighborhood alone after dark--you are effectively asking for it. JFF was out at 5:30-6PM btw, near hid gated golf course community, and looking for a wallet BSC girl had just thrown out, babysitting a hostile drunk. i'd believe him too.

you guys sound as if you are directly persecuted in every instance, like the cops have a personal vendetta to bust people for anything. is that what it's like around you? no fucking way would i live in an environment like that, EVER. benefit of the doubt still exists in the world, i'd suggest seeking it out if this is really how you are being treated.
