T'au Pupu'a, who hails from Tonga and went on to play football for the Cleveland Browns, will be singing the rold of Mario Cavaradossi, Floria Tosca's doomed lover, in the upcoming Connecticut Concert Opera production of Puccini's opera 'Toaca on Friday, Oct, 30, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 1 at 2:30 p.m., at the Hoffman Auditorium, University of St. Joseph, 1678 Asylum Ave., West Hartford.

wow that was a long ass time ago he "played" for us. I use quoatations cause he never actually played it seems, he must have been a practice squad guy. Has zero stats. One year on a practice squad and out he was.

Not sure about him.....but I saw this guy perform this at the Lincoln Center with the Metropolitan Opera on about Sept. 20, 2001 as a tribute to 9/11.....along with many others, including host Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
