So, on the show afterwards. Kosar was saying it wasn't a loss because

of an individual player. The Browns weren't in the same league talent wise.

Then, Sam says the Browns problem is....

"if you took Joe Banner, Mike Lombardi, and Ray Farmer and threw them off

    a 50 story building...they would go UP..."

    The ultimate lightweights.

And it goes all the way back to Chud and his excellent staff.

But they were fired. And who did that? Buttheads Banner and Lombardi.

The Browns have to build up a wr bunch. With McCown and all his experience,

he is best suited to make the best with a poor wr bunch. They fought til the end.

And Joe Haden was missed greatly.

I live in Tampa now and didn't see that show. Ask Rutigliano why he called "Red Right 88". I was at that game and still get upset when I think about it.

Also, ask Bernie if he plans on coaching in the future.

    Thanks

You can't coach height, or talent into player.

    sick and tired of rebuilding.

The Cleveland Browns are going to have to cut ties with some in the front office. People need to be held accountable and blaming someone they hired is pushing blame to cover up their own ineptitude.

Or....sometimes the guy they hired IS the problem.....fire him and move on.....but firing the guy who hired him is stupid,, cause thats a never ending line.....are you then gonna fire the guy who hired the guy who fired the guy who got hired?

if everyone got fired for hiring someone who's not good at their job or for promoting someone who doesnt pan out in their new position.....there would literally be no one left at any business in the world.....

Oneill is the perfect example of the Peter principle, which plays out in every business every day.....and probably fits a bunch of folks who are here bitching as well.....

Maybe Pettine and Farmer too(ftm).....not sure....Peter Principle....look it up......it lives!

As I said in the tavern last night.

Rumor has it that Tony Dungy is our new coach and Payton Manning will be our new Coordinator. I was told its a guarantee.

So at least we have that to look forward to.

Also..things will get better..we always finish strong. It helps sell PSL's and tickets for next year.

I don't see a chance in hell of that happening.

There is no link. This is like in its infant stages. Just putting it out there as something to chew on. It would be a disservice to not at least bring it up.

But let's play a fun game anyway, fast forward two years into the Dungy/Manning era where we're still an avg to below avg team rebuilding with young players. Let's hear why Dungy's a bum and Manning's an arrogant asshole that need to be fired not at the end of the season, but RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!! Let's preemptively run Dungy and Manning out of town before they're even hired. This will be fun, here I'll start one...

OMFG this fucking Manning cunt can't control his offense. You see these guys? Was a good QB but fuck he can't OC in the NFL. He needed to start out in division II or something...get him out of here he sucks and I hate him.

Rumor has it........ I was told its a guarantee.....but still in the infant stages....

    So....is it a rumor or a guarantee???.....cant be both....

I find it impossible to believe that Peyton Manning has already decided(and agreed) to retire and become the Cleveland Browns OC, while he is in the middle of a 7-0 season......or that Tony Dungy is in the fold......

    Hahahahahaha......

Besides....everybody knows Super Bowl winning coaches NEVER win with other teams.....so Dungy would pretty guarantee that we WONT win the SuperBowl, right?
