European scientists' study shows woodypeckerhead rejects science MINI ICE AGE

Do you still believe in man-made Global Warming catastrophic predictions?
- Phil Jones, the man whose data is a primary source of the global warming "hockey stick" model inputs, now says that he can't find his data, and that the globe may have been warming for the past 15 years. He is a cheat, and he is a global warming guru upon whom all other "consensus" scientists depend. .
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...
- Democrats in Congress, again and again, said that the lack of snow in DC was proof of global warming. Now many say that climate change is responsible for the extreme changes.

- Michael Mann advises his colleagues to delete emails that tend to refute their claims. He is a cheat, and he is a global warming guru upon whom all other "consensus" scientists depend.

- the IPCC has to recant claims about shrinking glaciers in the Himalayas

- polar bear populations have been increasing exponentially
http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/10045/1035501-373.stm
- Far more extreme hurricanes were occurring in the 1920s and 1930s than today
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Category_5_Atlantic_hurricanes
- Al Gore got a D in natural science at Harvard. He was also a poor student in chemistry and physics, and he is a global warming guru upon whom all other "consensus" scientists depend. .

- Many quote the "consensus" among scientists, but consensus is not science, it is a vote. Science is reproducible results, and global warming predictions are subject to incredible scrutiny and refutations that cannot be responded to with data or analysis. Most global warming believers are not willing to admit that man-made global warming is a hypothesis that has not been proven anywhere. -
I just read a theory that time may actually go in reverse inside black hole. Pretty sure that wasn't "observed"...nor likely ever will be. Plenty of things though have through various other measurements been proven by not directly observed.

Here's an interesting article about how much scientific research is proven false and why. The point is you can't just go "But science, bro" and leave it at that.

woody didn't have to wait very long...
-
Cal, I got about a third of the way though that long, biased, not cited article and realized it kept going. Even with another post of more links.
If you want to go one by one we can. I forgot you follow the denialists playbook perfectly. That means throwing mountains of shit at the wall, and claiming victory if there is even one point I don't address.
-
congrats, you, once again, are claiming victory while
complete losing and not making one point, woody.
How you think that's a winning strategy is very strange.
It's just a false claim of absolute proof about mmgw that is your problem.. and others'
problem as well.
As all the other times, it comes down to being a liberal poltical movement, the mmgw thing.
You don't try to tax rich countries out the wazoo over a tentatively structured "absolute"...when it
has swiss cheese holes in it. I mean, you all knee jerked right along with changing "global warming"
to "climate change" across the board. It still doesn't fly - it's just a change of words to hide the truth - that mmgw is a poltical gambit.
And "brilliant genius' Al Gore, per Sheply of old, got a "D" in science in school. And his scare tactics
of impending immediate doom embarrassed him into hiding, apparently, so much that Shep left to
never talk about him here again.
the silliness that liberals do live after them - and some can't handle the truth.

The point is science is constantly growing and evolving. There are independent teams of researchers analyzing data, testing hypotheses, looking for the next breakthrough. They also review each others work, which is important. And no one is saying a theory today will be 100% true in 20 years. They get revised and added on to, but generally not thrown out. Regardless of what some people on here think a scientific theory is, it takes a good amount of evidence to get to that point.
When the vast majority if climate scientists and reputable scientific organizations are making the same conclusion, I think that should be your answer. Politics aside (but when a scientific issue becomes a political one, we get lost in the fog). Some people have the attitude of "well why should I trust these so-called experts! Its snowing!"
Idk what will change that.

The point is, the left's demand that political gain be garnered because
of a majority opinion about a controversial theory.
Why support "we just HAVE TO DO SOMETHING"... (like, higher taxes, more money
and votes for the dems. redistrubtion of wealth from rich countries to the poor countries....
ignoring the serious contributions to what they are talking about, mmgw, by the likes of china,
and india, to name two.
"It's SO IMPORTANT"... that not one liberal complained that developing countries were not included
in the binding agreements in the Kyoto Treaty...
More and more Americans, and scientists around the world, are seeing the mmgw theory, and subsequent
attempts at political-monetary gain... as the bs that it is.

1) Cal you're really in the dark. Just because developing countries weren't included in the Kyoto treaty doesn't mean that western countries haven't been trying like fucking hell to get India and China on board. We've been leaning on both those countries for decades. They're argument has always been we're a developing country, why did you get to go through your phase of shitting where you eat but we can't? They are just a factually ridiculous people, both china and India. But just because those two countries dont' want to do shit, in no way shape or form should prevent other countries from doing what they should, right? If China decided to get back into slavery do we throw up our hands say ah fuck it, we can't let China beat us on slave labor. ??
2) More and more American and scientists are actually coming to the conclusion that there is indeed something going on and it "may" be because of shit humans are doing. Uncoincidentally americans are also becoming less and less religious, so they don't take getting spoonfed BS as much as they used to.

It's not a coincidence that only two DON'T work.
Sorry about the two.

I've never heard or read of a climate scientist saying "it's just science, bro" as a defense to the deniers. So I will ask you this since you felt the need to comment on it: What part of the scientific process do you think is false about climate change? Is it the way data is acquired or the way it is interpreted that is the problem? And if you say people are just making up numbers, then science isn't your problem here which null and voids your statement to begin with.
-
Scientists dispute other scientists.
And we're supposed to go all in and redistribute our
country's wealth to poor nations around the globe.....
that's stupid.

I'm obviously talking more about your run of the mill democrat who blindly worships science like a fundementalist and their religion.
-
By the way since newbs keep jumping in here and assuming what I think I've never denied the climate is changing. I just don't care if it is. Get it? I...don't...give...a...tin...shit.
-
I didn't ask for your stance on climate change. I asked since you boldly pointed out that science is full of BS science, to point out were in the climate debate the BS exists. What I didn't realize was you just wanted to piss off a particular person(people) and had no real point beyond that. Good for you!!
