I guess you cant miss what you've never had......
I will say the Browns said we HAD to have Carder, Moore and Bademosi because they were SO amazing at special teams....
Yet...Gilbert has the highest return average we've had since Cribbs AND he leads the team in ST tackles(more than Carder, Moore and Bademosi).....so, Id say we can miss that....
And if you like PFF....they have Gilbert ranked #1 on our team for ST's.....even higher than Lee...
So, they are scratching their BEST special teamer for what?....to see 5th rounder Gaines play?.....so Moore or Benji can take us backward with their kick returns?.....so Bademosi can continue to prove that he's not a CB?....

i gave my girl a reprieve and stopped into doubleday's to catch a snippet of the game. saw landry go out. bartender a stooler fan. felt pretty good just to be tied and in the game as i left 20 mins later.
come home, pour a drink to relax and look through my emails because of biz the rest of the week.........popped in here and i wished i had not.

Personnel management of this coaching staff kinda sucks. Gilbert needs developing. And Mud has it right. You asked for effort out of the kid. He's given you it on SPECIAL TEAMS (not all that common) and you reward him with the IA.
