  • Clock management at the end cost us the game. We should have gotten off at least 2 more plays. 10 yards closer for Coons likely. Afraid the ongoing poor clock management and poor general decisions equal firings soon to come.

  • Well, hell yes, blame Davis. But not only him.

The pass defense fell apart at the worst times, and the pass rush

    wasn't getting there in time.

WTH? Why did Davis slide? He could have picked up a few more yards at least....

ah well. May as well lose - can't win with this wr cast we have.Crowell doesn't seem to

have the same burst he had last year.

Here's who I blame. Oneil and Pettine. Oneil in an interview said that the problem wasn't the scheme or the

    players... it was miscommunication.

Now, after all these games, all this time, and there's still miscommunication?

Then it's either the scheme or the coaches. This defense doesn't work.

The exciting upside is, that the Browns will get a far better draft pick, and they quit running on first down

    for the most part.

Frickin Johnny and his boozing. Thanks for nothing, JM.

P.S. The Browns tank in most second halves. The coaches are getting outcoached,]

and they don't teach much. Davis does have a live arm. But that slide...was just....

    just....

I don't know. Just really dumb.

Meanwhile, opposing olines hold a lot with no calls. And the holding and interference

with Travis running down the sideline, with NO CALL ??? That's just corrupt sumbeech dipstick refereeing.

    I hate losing.

oh boy, can't wait. playing for yet another high draft pick which we will fuck up like every year...now its the bengals turn to stomp our asses on our own turf..what a fucking embarrasement....

  • didn't say "playing for yet another high draft pick" at all.

go back and look. I was talking about looking at the silver lining of the

    stupid frustrating storm cloud.

    dammit. 😡

    Frustration storm cloud. Well said.

  • Do most teams use their DT to block for the field goal team?

  • Danny had that post game 20oz steak on his mind

  • That guy that ran the ball back stepped out of bounds

    No he didn't

  • Set the alarm to get up for the second half, but caught the game late second quarter. Now gotta go to work totally deflated and frustrated. Our defense I thought would be ironed out by this time of the season, but clearly it won't be now. I've never seen a team lose like this at the death. Is it only the Browns that manage it?! We should have won that game despite our defense yet somehow contrived to lose it! To the blasted Ravens!!!!

  • We are currently the 2nd worst in points against and 5th worst in points for. There needs to be way more talent added, you cannot win games with those bad of numbers.

  • Fuuuuuuuk

  • Worst thing was our idiotic fans cheering McCown's injury and wanting Johnny.

Some Browns fans have clearly lost their minds with all this losing. Sucks to no end.

  • Interesting pictures from @SN_ohio

  • This loss was a necessary evil on the road to the #1 pick.

  • No. The continual losing at home is killing our fan base.

I want wins not draft picks.

I think he was, there's a picture in this article to show it:

Also, that guy was CLEARLY in the neutral zone but bad teams just get bad breaks. To not review that final play was lousy even if not overturned.

You may be right, but that 'line of scrimmage' line in the photo isn't official, it's put there by TV. I believe the article points that out. I don't even know if it would appear in what the refs would see in a review, probably not because it's not part of the field of play.

It's always a shame when a game gets down to one play, and a phantom 'missed call.' The truth is that in football, should they choose to do so, refs would have reasons to throw multiple flags on every single play.

  • So the ravens kicker absolutely destroyed our 1st round CB

  • The Browns suck, they didn't lose because of a supposed missed call. They lost because they allowed the backup Ravens offense to score, score, and score some more.

Sorry, nope he was in, easily in. As for the offsides, not even close. He got back for almost 1 full second before the snap. I DVRd the game and have watched the last play multiple times. They beat us fair and square.
