We greatly appreciate Who Cares dedication and hard work while with the Cleveland Browns. We will approach the search for our next football coach and executives to lead our football operations with a clear vision regarding what we need to do to build a successful organization. Along with strong leaders, we need to build out a strategic plan, stay disciplined to it, and develop the right systems and processes to make better decisions for short and long-term success. I'm sticking to what I predicted last night. Jim Brown will be the new GM, He will Hire Doug Marrone as HC, Then Jim Shwartz will be hired as DC, OC will be Mike Shula.
I wanted Greg Sciano as HC but he went to Ohio State
Sorry, the only way you can get Shula is to promote him to assistant HC. OC is considered a lateral move.

I'm with Mud on this one. Just because the guy is smart (Harvard Law School grad) doesn't mean he can set up an NFL roster with any competence. Must have minored in hypnotism- because he's sure got Jimmy convinced.

See above. What guy who wants to be a GM is going to want a president of football operations telling him who to draft? That sounds like a recipe for disaster. Sashi did great getting us the highest paid and lowest performing defense in the NFL.

Here's the thing.......whats to love about ANY GM that cant make picks or decide the roster???
Whether they are calling him that or not....SHASHI is your Gm, if he's the decision maker(and he is)......so its already a done deal....

My guess as to what's going on? the owner owes A LOT of money. He wants to make a quick profit when he sells the team, so he's just going to try switching things around until their win record goes up, then he'll sell the team real quick, and make some quick money.
