Jerome Henderson will follow Adam Gase to Miami, per reports

[Browns-SuperBowl Champions]

Well, we can cross him off the HC candidate list. He's obviously happy being a positions coach. And he literally wanted to stay as far away from this dumpster fire as possible.

[bbedward]

He didn't really make sense as a HC candidate anyway.

[LogicIsForSquares]

Yeah I don't really understand why they were interviewing him to begin with.

[Tour2ma]

Interviewing just 1 minority would be obvious. The rule has good intentions but really just forces a few minorities to travel around the country at the end of each season..

[Westside Steve]

If they expand the Rooney Rule we will have to interview Jen Welter and Hussain Abdullah.

Part of the Rooney Rule I would say....though they did interview other minority candidates.

None of whom were Asian.....or Middle Eastern.
