PITTSBURGH -- The NFL is reviewing Steelers assistant coach Mike Munchak's sideline spat with Bengals safety Reggie Nelson for possible discipline, according to a source. Munchak could receive a fine for his role.

Yep, just more Steeler rationalization- our guys can do no wrong. I saw that myself- and it was intentionally made to look unintentional. Plenty of dirty plays by both sides. Or wasn't it Tomlin who tried to trip that guy a few years back? Haven't forgotten that one either.

And somebody correct me if i'm wrong cause maybe I am, but it seemed to me the game was fine till the munchak thing and then the hit on Bernard. It was really after the hit on Bernard that the Bengals started up the extracurricular activities after a play.

It doesn't matter what the Pittsburgh tools say. They weren't the best team on the field Sunday and only won with a bunch of big fat gifts.

You are deluding yourself if you think the Steelers have a shot at winning it. If BR/Brown/Bell were healthy that defense isn't good enough.
As for miserable......lets just say that we are not spoiled. Trust me, I have relative in SC......and what they hate worse than snowbirds are FrontRunnerAssKissers. That is what they perceive Steeler fans to be. And they hate that worse.
(and FYI.....what they really don't like about people from Ohio....is the fact that Ohio State challenges the SEC myth of being superior.....that is what they really don't like. Ohio State fans are as obnoxious as any around.....and since South Carolina U cannot challenge....they glom on to other SEC teams as if their school has something to do with the success of Alabama/Florida etc. It has nothing to do much with Browns/Steelers)

You have a shot because you're still playing. I doubt Ben is going to be 100% or Brown for that matter. Denver's defense is every bit as good as the Bungles- and BTW, they don't have hotheads like Burfect and Jones to gift you 30 yards worth of penalties at the end of the game. If the last two minutes of the Bungles game gets replayed 100 times, the Steelers are probably going to lose 98 of them. Face it, you were damn lucky to win.
