Huge Action now on board as Browns HC. Now, he along with Sachi/Podestra/and Jimmah of course need to find that right talent evaluator.....Director of Player Personnel. Perhaps as important as any hire.

Despite the fact that Hue and Sachi have final decision making.....we still need a masterevalubator.

I mean, some of the guys we have had here in the past have been real jerkoffs. Fair to say?

And, of course there are the OC and DC positions. Obviously critical.

So, give some names of some potential candidates for these important posts.

I'm watching Jackson's Live Press Conference. This Guy is the Right Man For the Job. For once I'm excited on a FO hire. Cleveland is going to turn the page on past mistakes starting right now. I didn't feel that way last year or prior years with Lombardi, Banner, Holmgren or Farmer.

Jackson is already on board with Sashi and De Podesta. That is key. The fact that Jackson decided not to interview in New York is another positive.

I can't wait to see what other coaches they hire. This is going to be good!

DAMN THE TORPEDOES! FULL SPEED AHEAD!

same yappers talking the same shit about this is the right hire and the right guy for the job.

see you in 12 months when you're calling for the guy's head.

if you blowhards would quit crying and screaming the browns might not be the laughing stock of the league and they might keep a coach past brunch. pettine, mangini prob would have had us in the playoffs if it weren't for the douchebag cleveland fanbase that don't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

go shit in a hat fucktards.

Does anyone have anything to contribute to the actual topic of this thread?

I hear the Browns may be interested in a guy name Mike Mayhew? for DOPP? Talent scout for Lions. (not the greatest cred there).

What's it gonna take to bring in the Oz?

The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one. -Mark Twain- "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog." -Mark Twain-

A personal visit from one black coach who needs assistance in being one great black coach. The Oz could do it too.
