Schwartz got his NFL start with the Browns BTW, under Belichick in the 90's.
He last coached that terrific Bills defense in 2014 that underperformed under Rex in 2015.
He was also a terrific OC for Titans 02-08.
Not a great head Coach, but did get Lions to playoffs, but some guys are better as coordinators

Schwartz is an interesting candidate. Always thought he was a douche, but he certainly has the creds.

I've been on the Schwartz for DC train since Pettine was rumored to be let go.
He took a very good Bills defense and made them great. I would expect him to work similar things here as well.

Thanks... Interesting list including Bengals position coach Mark Carrier (DB) and former Vikes' HC Frazier.
I like the Frazier/Schwartz choice for their experience and DC track records. Both seem to be 4-3 guys.

I would love to see us go in the 4-3 defense alignment direction!!! I've never been a fan of
The 3-4!!!! Especially when your LBs are a weakness,and can't tackle!
