If Goff Is Gone...

The Browns Board

  • You get bosa that is the teams biggest need qb pressure and run stop he does both very well and is nfl ready. And as well trade Crowell and Thomas and pick up zeke. With Thomas gone Erving moves over with zeke the qb whom ever that may be will have a power back and two great safety valves Johnson and zeke. And if past results predict the future Henry will be a flop and zeke will flourish. Of course if it's and buts where candy and nuts we would all have a merry Christmas.

  • Browns will try and resurrect RG3's career and then trade back a couple spots and take WR Treadwell in the 1st round, and then Kevin Dodd 1st pick in the 2nd.

To all you guys who gripe because Johnny has got a bad attitude and is a run first quarterback why in the sweet fuck would you want rg3 who has a bad attitude and can't even run anymore?

If you have to have a brand new shiny quarterback just fucking take Goff and try not to hate him for at least a full season of starts.

I dont want rg3, saying they will pull some dumn shit to do it. Hue is a QB guru who cuold help him out. They also stated we need playmakers at skill positions. As of right now we have crap for wideouts. If Josh is back and mentally in shape and we draft a top wr, then it will help with the running game. Hell they may just keep MCcown. So again, not saying I want rg3.

  • Guru?

Well Andy Dalton is at least respectable on a playoff caliber team but it's not like Mr Jackson has turned Brandon Weeden into a Joe Namath

    WSS

  • First and for most get rid of dumb fuck little Johnny, then help the defense. No matter who's at qb were no going to even win our division when we are giving up 30 plus a game

  • Hue has won with below average qb's . He also helped develop Flacco and Dalton and MCCarron. At the end of the day, its been said by many of his former players that he is a players coach. I am guessing you will come back with another smart ass comment, even though my inital post was speculating what the Browns might do, not what I hope they do. So have a nice day.

  • Id only take RGIII as a wide out.....we could line him up with Pryor and Braxton Miller for the trifecta.....

I can see Tenn. trying to get out of the first pick. I mean really who is worthy? If the Browns can trade down and still get Goff great but is that who they're targeting? The #2 is intriguing along with the # 3. Rivers isnt getting any younger so...

If I were the Browns I wouldn't draft a qb in the first round. Trade down if possible and have a nice boring draft with stud trench guys.

They need a LT in the worst possible way. I just don't see them trading down unless they pick up one prior to the draft. Tunsil is their guy otherwise.

But who knows. So many things can change between now and draft day for all teams picking in the top 10.

Just started my Tunsil work with the A&M game. Nothing in that game screamed "1st Overall".

All the 2015 cut-ups on DraftBreakdown are of easy Ole Miss victories. Will have to scour the web a bit to find tight games and games where the Reb's were playing from behind.

Apparently. I was boozing a bit lol. On a less embarrassing note I don't think any of the QB's in the this draft are worth a top ten selection. I think the Browns stick with Lukie dookie and draft elsewhere by building the team in other areas of need so that when they do finally draft a qb the necessary pieces are around him to excel. The best qb's in this draft could very well be Lynch and Wentz and I sure as shit wouldn't draft either in the first. Let Luke carry the torch until the pieces are in place and then draft the heir apparent to back him up or at least start when the offense isn't a shit show.

When I was younger I drank all the time. One day I was looking for a certain document and ran across old pictures. It was random events to important things. The box was untouched for a long time. My wife keeps all that kind of stuff.

I was broswing thru the pics and every time I seen myself I was holding a Budweiser. I was amazed. I mean really who takes the time to notice? truth is people notice stuff like that. I don't think I was an alcoholic I mean I stopped drinking without DT's and never went to rehab. One day I just stopped and everything is so much clearer now.

I'm not saying you have a problem because I don't know you, but if you do it's never too late to quit and enjoy everything you overlooked before. Peace.

Great post as I completely agree BUT I almost never drink. I throw back the occasional six pack of high quality micro brew but I don't even drink once a month. I went home to Pittsburgh this weekend and got together with friends. 🙂

    Good juan.

Cleveland and Ohio in general has a lot of catching up to do. I see more racist, Confederate flag flying rednecks in Ohio than I ever do in PA by a large margin. Looks like a pretty entertaining family reunion tho.

In Ohio yes, not much in Cleveland or the bigger cities in general. Southern Ohio is like Kentucky-light, but then again I'd say the same thing about rural PA.

Rural anywhere. I have no idea why people on this board act like PA is some redneck haven. It doesn't bother me because I know its not true, its certainly not true in Pittsburgh or any of the immediately surrounding area. You need to drive over an hour out of the city to start seeing the rednecks.

Local pittsburghians are OK, but all the transplant fans they have in every city are generally annoying obnoxious rednecks.

I got a good buddy in Pittsburgh, going there in April to visit and take my car to open track night. The people in Pittsburgh are generally pretty nice. I don't like driving 3 miles in circles to get somewhere though.

The issue is the jackasses that come here and trash hotel rooms, shred up dining rooms, and yell in the faces of local Browns fans profanities trying to take their 12 year old to a football game.

And yes I've seen it all, my dad's been an executive chef at a downtown hotel for several years until very recently. I go down there all the time and work down there.

Nobody is as inconsiderate and as big of assholes as the Pittsburgh fans that show up to Cleveland.

(Cincinnati fans were pretty bad too)

  • Why is everybody hating on the rednecks? I'm about the biggest redneck in my area it doesnt mean I'm racist.

  • Easy. Wentz. We should go for Wentz even if Goff IS on the board.

It's a pleasure trip for those same fans in Cleveland? I think you are showing an obvious bias. As a steeler fan born and raised in western PA that went to college in ohio I used to get heckled ALL the time about the dumbest shit anytime I had steeler gear on, I'm a big guy that hits the gym so it never got crazy but Cleveland fans are far from civil. You also seem to only be critical of fans in other states and not fans still living in Pittsburgh. You have to take the good with the bad with every fan base but let's not act like all browns fans are Gandhi.

And three miles in circles? Downtown Pittsburgh is tucked in a triangle. It's admittedly a pain in the ass BUT its because its jammed in that triangle (point) so naturally some one way streets and circling is going to be required.
