He just wanted to do a scouting trip on the Dallas area Justice Centers, since, if he goes there to Dallas he will be spending a good deal of time there.
Look....I have handled enough situations as an attorney and as a magistrate to know when someone is a drunken abuser.....and that description fits Johnny I'm afraid.
Things would only escalate for him in Dallas.....and the best thing that could be said about that is hopefully it won't be our problem.

Do the browns get any compensation for this asshole?
He'd have to spend two more years on our roster to become a RFA. If he did, and someone signed him to an offer sheet, then based upon the current CBA we'd get a 2nd round at minimum. But that wouldn't happen... he'd pass from RFA to UFA and we'd get nothing.
