Um the Feds are being nice it could be more than one count of wire fraud, and it looks like it was more than $100k. If he makes full restitution, he may only get a year.

Yeah.. I mean.. I realize Rucker might not Haslam wealthy but. Wow all that to support a gambling problem is a pretty selfish and shamefull act. no matter how ya slice n dice it... For Me.. it puts a strange asterisk/blemish on those Kardiac Kids years.. And think.. this now , inadvertently becomes part of that legacy attached to it.

What happened to Rucker is most likely what happens to everyone who is addicted to gambling. He probably intended to put the money back before anyone noticed it missing after he used that money to win big at the Casino. The odds are always against you from the start.

Rucker might be higher profile, but we had a couple of doozies down here SW Ohio way recently.... Yup, we're going to win big- tomorrow.
