I remember when a few characters around here thought Schwartz was a crap olineman.
He is one of the very best RT's in the league. Hope we can keep both him and Mack.

Schwartz has gotten a bad rap all along....but, really should be considered one of our better draft picks since the return...

So....FA hasnt started yet, but since we aren't oneof the 10 teams that has presumably signed somebody, we have already failed?....cause we lost a center who we knew was leaving(and didnt want to be here) and a second rate WR?.....seriously.....you guys are crying a river before the game has even started......brutal....
Cant wait to here the whining when our average & injured 5th round FS signs elsewhere too....
He did not play near as well in 2014 as he did in 2015. Night and day.
He's gotten progressively better every year....has rated top 1/3 in the league every year....has rated as the top OT in his class since drafted....has started from day one.....has never missed a snap....
But, yeah, this is the first year he was rated #1 in the league.....is that what it takes not to suck?

well, there is a difference, though, between being unable to, and being hindered by lack of wr play/depth/play calliing,
etc. Teams' defenses were crowding the los right and left.

Honestly...no....cant recall seeing Schwartz getting pancaked....did it ever happen?....perhaps, but is there any player who hasnt been beat ever?....Id only tell you more teams have worse OT's than we do, as opposed to better ones...

I remember when he actually was a crap olineman. He got better every year.
Honestly...no....cant recall seeing Schwartz getting pancaked....did it ever happen?....perhaps, but is there any player who hasnt been beat ever?....Id only tell you more teams have worse OT's than we do, as opposed to better ones...

Pancaked ala Erving flat on his ass? No... but rookie year he got rag-dolled and ripped to the ground more than once each...

Really surprised the new FO could not get The Rabbit (Benji) deal done. But for a #2 WR @8million & than you really can't sell San Diego over Lake Erie. The Hobbit's have lost their leader. Not over yet with Sanu & Rishard Matthewsstill on FA board & very Draft able in Rd. 2. Mack got 1.5M more in creed to get Shanny's ZBS back & Matt Ryan. Maybe Schwartz too. Hello Wisnewski, your old buddy Hue is on line 1. T, if were drafting 2 OLmen ala TB your screwed dude
