Ted Cruz selects running mate

Can someone explain to me why in the hell Cruz would choose to do this?

Reaching for the women's vote?

Won't matter anyway. Rs are toast unless Hillary gets indicted.

Stuart

Delusional. Cruz is delusional. He actually believes hes got the nomination wrapped up...time to name the VP.

He came in last in the last 5/6 states. Needs the media to talk about something else

Right. I get that you want to change the narrative, but the idea is that you're supposed to replace your negative news with a positive. This is not a positive.

Though nobody has the foresight that this is still isn't a good thing for them to talk about

She was talking about the long hours she spends on the campaign bus with Cruz's daughters and how they sing to each other on the bus. I didn't think she had too bad of a singing voice but that is coming from someone who is about tone deaf.

it was weird. Very uncomfortable. Like one of those psycho nurses that poisoned patients. Visualized her singing someone to sleep as she's tapping the needle ready to inject the bag.
