Hey Hillary has this thread devolved into women's rights?
Kind of getting back to the OP hasn't anyone noticed that, and this is just anecdotal I guess, that whenever you see a black woman with a white man they are more likely to be better educated and successful than vice versa?
My guess is that in the black community oftentimes the women are forced to be the responsible ones when the men are absent, which is often the case.

There is something to it. Black women end up having to carry the load because some stereotypes exist for a reason.
As for the Old Navy ad, why does the world feel the need to cause some outpouring of internet outrage when a handful of dummies say dumb things on social media? I guarantee that it was likely about 10 comments out of 10,000.

Your basic hitting on a lady in front of her boyfriend (at the time) type lines mixed with some racist garbage. I got into a blood bath of a fight in a parking garage after seeing the Matrix Reloaded haha. I used to have a terrible temper.
