Yeah actually out here most people have pride in their stuff but about two miles down the road (which is "in your neighborhood" in the country, I guess) there's a guy who never mows his lawn despite having a yard tractor parked right outside his house. It's clear he's a hoarder as well.

We have a property for sale a couple doors down that nobody maintains and has grown to epic proportions, but otherwise people here take mostly decent care of their lawn it seems (in Lakewood so, small lawns)
