I have a Lee progressive reloading press. I bought my equipment years ago so pricing it out won't be accurate to what things are like now. You will need a brass tumbler, dies, cases, powder, and bullets. You can generally buy winchester or some other brass cased ammo, shoot them up, and then reload the used brass. In the early going, purchase a reloading guide so you don't end up with powder puff rounds that don't cycle or nuclear rounds that ruin the cases/gun/your digits.
When I get home tonight I can elaborate more on the price of bullets, brass, powder, and die prices.
