Cavs talking to dwade. If that goes down appatently love is off to miami. Big time cockup on the part of the cavs and heres why. First of all losing live but gaining dwade hurts the team in the east imo. It might make the matchup with the warriors look better bit imo its a net loss for the cavs.
Second, if we were gonna move love it HAD to have happened before the draft. We could have gitten some very good players plus a high pick rookie to develop as we will not have a 1st round pick whatsoever until the year 3000. And then we could have still signed wade. In that scenario moving love makes sense. Swapping him for dwade snd not replacing that block presence is not good

That would be the only way they could get Wade- by dumping Love's salary. I still wouldn't want Wade- he's way on the downhill side of his career. Otherwise, the best we can offer D-Wade is $3 million a year, and Dwayne wants to get paid.

Love has had his ups and downs but I wouldn't want to see the cavs lose him to pick up wade. Wade is, as you said, on the back 40.
