To be honest, any small gunsmith would be Retarded if they complied. They should just go on with business as usual but now they just don't have to pay taxes. This administration is fucking stupid.

Most small time gunsmiths who would be effected by this do things like threading barrels and do trigger work. They manufacture nothing.
