    The Ar-15 is like a walking dead man. The minute the dems are in control of congress it will be outlawed and that will be just a matter of time. Most of the features of an AR-15 are cosmetic and that it looks like a military rifle so it is scary looking to some. To others however who served in the military they like an Ar-15 because it more resembles what they had in the military.

    Once the ban on assault weapons happens it will just be a matter of time before they go after all semi automatics...because what is the difference between a deer hunting semi automatic and and Ar-15? Mostly cosmetic ones except for a high capacity magazine.

    So first they will ban the 'scary' looking semi automatic rifle and next will be semi automatics altogether..

    Also I remember when gun confiscation was brought up like they did in Australia to Hillary Clinton she was very much open to the idea of looking into gun confiscation....

      Because the next Dem Pres will be the one to finally do it?

      I've no doubt HRC's personal views are more restrictive than her public pronouncements, but I also have no doubt that she has no intent to "take all your guns". If for no other reason, that she knows she would be wasting political capital in the effort.

      I would expect her to target:

      • extended clips/ drums;
      • background checks for all sales.

      How did y'all survive the 10-years of the previous Federal Assault Weapons Ban?

                  Too busy farmin, a little preppin, to worry about zombies.

                  More concerned about all the capitalism blood sucking vampires out there.

                  I think we're going to crash.

                  Put away some dried food, etc etc etc, pure water. "Bug out" bag.

                  If terrorists set off a dirty bomb, and you had to evacuate or the winds would blow it toward you..

                  where would you go? Huge tornado? Earthquake? States-wide blackout.... economic crash.

                  Just seems like we are heading toward a disaster.
