I know he had a solid rookie year but has had some issues since then including his health.
I'll defer to Tour on this one.

He has a bit of an anger issue and his play reflects it.
It's good to have a mean streak, but football is a game of controlled aggression. If he didn't kick a dude in the head last year, I'd be more inclined.

So....apparently this Sad Stork (as opposed to the Mad Stork) was never actually cut? You can't trade a guy you have cut.

Stork would be an improvement 'physically' at center for the Browns (or the Bengals), but if he's a head case, it would be better to pass. Guys like this can do far more harm than good by poisoning a locker room thus bringing down the play of the whole team. I fairly sure Hue will pass.
