Big Gay Ben

I hear now that BR will be out 4-6 weeks, not 1-2:
Some interesting comments yesterday on NFL Insiders, IIRC, that Ben has a history of exaggerating his recovery times to enhance his Superman image...
At least that's what his wife says.... badaboom...

To be more upbeat, the guy is due to hit that age wall. Hard to say when that might be but maybe Karma will show too.

Well, his arm has looked sharp so far in most games. The issue will be can he continue to endure the punishment. If his mobility is diminished he could end up having to take a lot of the blows that in the past he has been able to sidestep.

I kinda figure that he is closer to the pasture than many may think. He certainly does complain about practice

Only sensible post here in addition to mine.
You didn't think this made sense?

What would be fun is for him to get caught with a dick in his mouth like Kordell did.

About Bens injury...we can all relax! Just got word that Landry Jones tells teamates "don't panic"!
Great news.
Feel much better now.

I think it's sad that none of the "Great Steeler Nation" (rolls eyes) are not behind your back up qb. Show the guy some support you fair weather fucks.

I don't know why the Steelers...or their fans should panic. They may continue to lose, but they shouldn't panic.
Or, maybe they won't lose their next game. Both the Steelers and Ravens have a bye this coming week. Then they play each other the following week.
I see that game as a fair matchup.
I believe that with BR the Steelers are pretty much the better team overall. Without BR.....that games becomes a very even game.
I don't know what the line is....but I would not make it anything more than the 3 points that the home team automatically gets.
Game is in Baltimore.
With BR, on a neutral field, I would make the Steelers a TD favorite. In Balt....it would be Steelers by 4 pts. Without BR.....it is a pic em game..or maybe even a 1-2 pt Raven favorite.
That is just my assessment.
