However, a female engineer, who sucks at her job (unrelated to gender), filed a grievance about sexism in the office. Now she is bulletproof and the former manager is out on his ass.

The public sector will not accomodate hiring someone with public beliefs that could lead to "creating a hostile work environment".
I am sure there are private sector gigs somewhere that may put up with that. But I doubt it. The market is in a way forcing social change.

But window licker couldn't stay quiet and let this happen. So now I have to adapt to a work place where all of the women can suck and it will take a mile long paper trail to can them.

We probably will have safe spaces set up in the near future in the work place.
