Obviously we knew this already, but the previous leaks could still get brushed away

This one is cut and dry though

In purely legal terms, is any of the leaked stuff admissible as evidence, I wonder?

A little digging later, it seems it's not the stealing of the emails that precludes it from being admitted as evidence, but the 'chain of custody' issues that would be the hiccup, should someone want to use only the wikileaks stuff. If they could get a warrant to go after them through the proper channels they'd perhaps get everything through that, assuming the authenticity of the leaks.

They would likely subpoena podesta to produce the originals and verify. Or a warrant, whatever.

But it's not criminal to leak debate questions, it's just sleazy and unethical.

Generally wikileaks is admissable in a court, even though it's been illegally obtained.

Podesta emails were obtained in March I think so everything leaked is only from the primary season and before - so far anyway

New DNC Chair: Don’t Let ‘White Boys’ Win

If you think racial tensions in the United States will soon be a problem of the past, you’re mistaken.

The Democrat Party is relentlessly working to keep racism alive and well in 2016.

After trying to convince Americans for the past year that Donald Trump embodies the second coming of Adolf Hitler, Debbie Wasserman Schultz announced her resignation as Democratic National Committee chair on Sunday. Hacked emails released by Wikileaks on Friday reveal that the DNC planned to target Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) for his Jewish faith.

Consequently, CNN contributor Donna Brazile, who has worked as a political strategist and Democratic party operative for over thirty years, is stepping in as interim chair for the Democratic National Committee.

Brazille’s history of playing the race card make her a perfect fit for Democrat party leadership.

                From the Daily Caller:

The new interim head of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) has a colorful history, which includes demanding former President George H.W. Bush confess to an extramarital affair and a belief that “white boys” shouldn’t be allowed to win.

                …

                  We should pay her reparations.

[its not a] gender or race, its an attitude. A white-boy attitude is I must exclude, denigrate and leave behind, Brazile told the Post in 1999. They dont see it or think about it. Its a culture.

I guess we can't say "black culture" any more then

You guys can't have it both ways

I enjoy how this starts off for ripping the Dems for apparently trying to call Trump Hitler.

That stuff has never happened to Obamao...

I'm gonna take this at face value, because who knows, it might be genuine.

Yes, you're allowed to say he's black. No, you're not allowed to say that as an insult. So, 'Barack Obama is the first black president of the US' - this is OK. 'The sooner they get that black boy out of the white house the better' - this is not OK.

You didn't answer the question completely. Blacks frequently refer to whites as 'white boy'. Is it okay to refer to blacks as 'black boy'? Like, 'Hey black boy, you got any ebt card $ left over?"

                                        for partisanship...

                                        or was she bought? both?

                                        drain the democratic swamp.

and I hope Paul Ryan, mcconnell and boehner and the like

go down through the drain, too.

No surprise, apart from it being a bit late.
