Keep in mind how slowly the wheels of Justice turn. Not only that but ranking FBI officials and Justice Department officials would be handpicked from her bag of crooks.

Tbh I don't think the Obamas really like the Clintons, I think appointing her SoS and campaigning for her now has more to do with obeying the Democrat party.
That said the party would push for a pardon if Trump wins - and Obama would obey.
