Student+Somali refugee rammed car into crowd of people gathered outside after a fire alarm got pulled. Then had a machete and was chasing/attacking people with it.

OSU executed their standard active shooter protocol, probably due to reports of shots fired after the police shot the suspect.

Well, it wasn't a shooter. It was a nutjob who drove into a bunch of folks on a sidewalk,

finally got out of the car, and went cutting people with a butcher knife. No gun.

The "active shooter" thing was an assumption because students heard gunfire, police

were called, they went into lockdown.

So far, anyways, the only gunfire was an Ohio State foot policemen killing the attacker.

and the name of the attacker is.... just a guess.... from syria?

I'm just waiting for anti-gun weirdos to start venting about how cars and knives are too easy

to get, and should be banned, at least any car with greater than a 5 hp engine - nobody needs that to
