I'm concerned that there is not sufficient representation of other demographics involved in running the countries.
For example menstrual products are subject to 'luxury tax' in the UK, when clearly it's not a luxury. How the rule came about I don't know, but you have to think that if there were more women it wouldn't be the case.
It isn't that white men aren't capable, but they do not necessarily understand the positions of other people and so are not in the best position to legislate in that regard.
