Should be used as a teaching moment to the students that you don't assault others because you don't like the hat they wear or their political views. Punishing the instigators does that but instead they suspend all of them including the kid getting assaulted who was defending himself. Not right. Zero tolerance schools that punish kids for defending themselves is a terrible policy.
