If you load the Defense with talent and the Offensive Line, won't the skill positions follow?T

It seems like receivers and running backs slip through the cracks. QB's drafted at any slot would benefit from an established O-Line. If Trubisky was the guy, coming on to team with a hypothetical great D, great O-Line and minimal skill position guys would be a great way to learn.

Its a great debate. Some teams have done that. The 2005 Steelers won it that way. Others go first and foremost for the QB...some with success.

My point: Between how many draft picks last year and this year the Browns should be able to have it ALL!!

Of course, if they had not blown just about every first round pick in the last decade things would be different here.

When u have a near cant miss qb u obviously get him. But barring that you have to build the trenches first. Dak Prescott would be another footnote in browns qb history had we drafted him, but he plays behind the best o line in football. And look at what happens to brady when a pass rush gets to him.....he wouldn't have been in the league 5 years if we had drafted him.
