It is not his entire budget. It is just some major guidelines. They are redrawing the budget
to be more efficient.
It is just a preliminary set of guidelines. It ....is.....not......the....entire....budget.
btw, the STATES decide if they run meals on wheels, not the fed. The fed just gives them money.
The budget contains huge duplicate services/funding, etc etc etcetcetc.
Mulhaney? I think it was, went over this today at the daily briefing. The
entire budget is going to be streamlined, remade in far more efficient form.
