I have heard some really good things about Seoul.

Had a friend & co-worker who made a couple trips there. Always stayed in a high-end Hotel. One visit he pressed the wrong button in the elevator. Instead of the Lobby he ended up in the Bordello sub-basement.

He did say the view was lovely...

You had a couple of words backward and one not necessary. Should read "One night in Bangkok makes a man hard"

They have it!!! I have that on good authority

  • Not set yet... I will either be:

    • in Philly with a local Bud... "in the room where it happens... the room where it happens..." wondering which of these crazies is gumby, or
    • sitting on my couch, ESPN on and TheTavern open on my lappie... chatting away.

If the latter, then the only remaining question is: Oban, Glenmorangie or beer?

Blues Brothers Black Glasses/Black Fedora (check.check). If those Egglet bitc$es get a little heated Rds. 2 & 3 I'll be in the Harvard Crimson Red T-Shirt just to educate them bitc$es..Our Path to The Super Bowl begins after this Draft. All Aboard!.Book It our Friends..WooF WooF!!

Remember, I'm bringing Frostie Root Beer...

    I loved Frostie growing up...

Only thing better was Royal Castle's Birch Beer... served in a frosty mug... for a nickel...

Before I went to the Army, I worked across a parking lot from a Royal Castle in Brookpark. Most days my lunch was a Royal Castle birch beer & their box of burgers (6 as I recall). You can still get birch beer but it (of course) is pricey & only in 4 packs. Good stuff though.

  • Root beer, that Royal Castle birch beer if they have it....

maybe get a twelve pack of Hamburger station hamburgers instead of groundhog stir fry...for me,

and another twelve pack for everybody else...... 🙂

I believe there used to be a Royal Castle in Cleveland right on the corner of W. 25th St. and Detroit....just before you get to The Bridge. I did my law clerking right next to it at the CMHA offices. This was back in the 70s.

  • Wow you guys know how to watch the draft. Ill be in Oceanside,CA. Probably watching it from the hotel drinking some brews with friends and family that dont really know what the fuss is about the draft. I love it. So I'll probably be the only one entertained. Haha

  • Maybe in the library in Eugene,Oregon being harssed by security. 😐

  • I'll probably watch the draft at home with a bottle of affordable rum or cheap whiskey (possibly both).

  • Draft night supplies....See how far I get through 12 of these .....Best beer ever in my opinion 🙂

lol... Hey! If me in a bra and panties would ensure that we will not fuck up and do anything besides tabbing MG at #1, then I'd head to the closest Victoria's Secret right now.

  • darren-no argument from me on that one. An excellent choice. Surprised my British brother in law by serving one for each of us that I found in a liquor store in Estes Park last summer. He could not believe not only that I found it, but that I actually liked such a strong beer from the home country. Good stuff that.

  • I may be relegated to the basement having to watch the draft on our old tube TV. I don't drink at home unless on rare occasion I have some wine with my wife for dinner. I will probably print out say the CBS prospect ranking of the first like 250 guys on that list and then try to follow along with that. Its easy for the first round or two, but after that it gets tougher. Picks come quicker and the ESPN broadcast doesn't bother to follow it.
