Is the NE Ohio Sports' Radio Verdict in yet?

Didn't realize you weren't from Cleveland, Tour.Overall draft?
Myles?
Kizer?
Peppers?
Others?
Everyone is on board with the Myles Garrett pick. Even Ken Carman, who was in love with Trubisky, wanted us to take Garrett 1 and then trade up for Mitch.
As for Kizer, the talking heads are warming up to the idea. Buying into his potential as a pro, and the way he's handled himself so far (saying all the right things) has helped his case. Right now the main discussion with Kizer is whether or not he should play this year. One school of thought amongst some hosts is to give him time to acclimate to the game. The others argue that because of our draft capital next year (and a supposed better QB class) we need to know wether Kizer is our guy or not headed into next year's draft.
Dustin Fox is a host who actually played DB in the league and he loves the Peppers pick. He says that Peppers is one of those guys who loves the game, is a great team player and leader. He references the fact that Peppers cried when he got drafted as a strong positive. I usually take his opinion more into account because he has first hand knowledge of the league. He also loves how Peppers did anything the coaches asked him. Playing multiple positions could've potentially hurt his development in one position for the NFL, but instead of complaining he did everything the coaches asked him.
No one else specifically has really been talked about. Just that we have an affinity for Sparq scores, and Njoku fits the mold of young and athletic.
They touched on the Brantley pick, whether or not we are in a position to take a chance like that.
Granted I only listen in the mornings on my way to work and then on my way home.

From? Yes... went to school with Gib Shanley's son and was a couple o' three years ahead of DieHard thru Jr and Sr High.
In? Not for decades... moved to Houston area in the mid-70's "for a few years"...
Appreciate you taking the time to reply.

Can't coach that, and it is the difference in a room full of athletes that all have exceptional athleticism.
I also love the fact the kid can and has played multiple positions, and in today's NFL, that is a requirement..... Gonna be fun watching Williams utilize his shiny new toy.

Yup. Very basic thing offenses will have to take into account, is he rushing or dropping back into coverage?

I don't blame you for staying down there.. my buddy just moved there and he tells me he's never coming back. He says you can't beat the women and weather.
I recorded an interesting interview with Andrew Berry that had a few gems, I'll post it up in this thread when I get the chance.

Nah, but you can shoot if you catch 'em in bed with another man.

It won't let me upload the video for some reason..
But basically some cliff notes:
-Njoku has a limitless ceiling
-They see Peppers as a more athletic Roman Harper and will utilize him the same way Gregg utilized Harper in New Orleans
-Berry's "favorite" 3rd day pick was Howard Wilson. Thinks he has all the physical tools to be a dominant corner, just needs to refine his game
-They are already heavily involved in scouting for next year's draft class

It's absolutely essential that the fanbase and Jimmy weather the storm of this season and let these guys get one more draft in.

And I think it will be more like partly cloudy with occasional showers, but rainbows with the pot of gold (5 draft choices in rounds 1 & 2) at the end of the season setting up the next year. I think Haslem has learned his lesson and this will be a fun year for fans because automatic looses will not be so prevalent. I mean who doesn't get excited about watching various players on D meeting at the QB and/or RB.
And if one of our QB's rises to the top and proves out to be "The ONE", then give me Arden Key OLB/DE LSU next year as our first pick. And Wilkins DT Cleanson #2. (ok I know it's dreaming, but it would be a nightmare for opponents). We have a unique opportunity to duplicate 85 Bears and 2014 Broncos.

Done deal, war... FO is locked in. HC? TBD... but if not, at least we know who our next one is.
Petroleum Industry? I have a weakness for Latinas man I'd be paying a lot of child support if I lived down there.
Chemical... joined Diamond Shamrock when they were still HQ'd in CLE. Thus the "few years" idea.
Then they relocated to Las Colinas, TX between Dallas and Ft Worth... and the relocation became permanent.

Exxon-Mobil (both of whom were in NY before they merged, though Exxon moved just before that event) has also relocated to Dallas. What's up with that?

I blame the Ewings... J.R. in particular...
I know in Diamond's case it was to get deeper into the oil game...
Old Diamond Alkali Corp was basic in Chlorine manufacturing. At one point was the largest merchant producer of Cl2 and caustic soda (NaOH). (Dow made more but comsumed much of what it made internally.) DA also had some small PVC and Specialty Chemicals (ethylene dichloride (EDC), perclhlor and trichlor solvents, and Ag Chemicals) operations.
Anyway the brilliant, young CEO of Diamond Alkali Corp, Bill Bricker, had a vision of an integrated plastics manufacturing company form "wellhead to pelletized plastics". To that end he "bought/merged" with Shamrock Oil & Gas of Amarillo, TX (refining, retail gasoline sales and some oil property holdings) to form Diamond Shamrock. He expanded the PVC manufacturing and finally built a Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM) intermediate facility. VCM is made from EDC.
Vision realized... the company thrived...
And then he "fucked up the end game"... (Charlie Wilson)
Bill wanted to become a player in O&G. Moved to Las Colinas... mortgaged the company to win a lease on Alaska's north slope... and then drilled dry hole after dry hole between two of the richest "finds" to that point in time. And piece by piece the company was sold off to pay the bills.

LOL! He should have stuck to searching in Texas. Largest find in US History written up last Nov.

Close games just make Browns fans even more angry.
Please don't make Key your guy. We don't need another pass rusher.
