The Americ@ns
-
I know many of you have probably seen it, and it likely is already into its next season, but I have been watching Season 4 of The Americans over the past few days. I still have a couple of episodes to go, but it seems that this show is taking a cue from The Game of Thrones, what with all the people in the show that are getting aufed.
First, they brutally execute Nina....the young Soviet woman accused of being a traitor, which she was...for just sending a humanitarian note.
They they ship Martha off to a Gulag essentially. Well, they "save" her from arrest and ship her off to Russia...to who knows what kind of life.
Then they kill of agent Gadd (Richard Thomas)....the "supervisor" on the show, after he retired. It was "accidental" but nevertheless.
They should have killed of Gabriel...but he survived exposure to a dangerous bacterial infection.
And all of a sudden, the cold blooded bitch Elizabeth gets "cold feet" about the Korean woman? Not in her nature, not really.
I expect someone else will bite the bullet in the next two episodes.
