  • We need universal health Care and anything else is unacceptable

  • This bill has a long way to go before it's actually passed. A lot of changes, hopefully for the good, are going to take place first, or it's not going to pass at all. I've worked in this field for over half of my career, and there's absolutely no sense worrying, or bitching and complaining, about what ifs, because we won't know until the nth hour what's actually going to transpire. And then it won't matter, and we'll have to deal with it.

Obamacare allowed everyone to get coverage, which is a good thing, but at who's expense? Do you think it's a coincidence that all of our premiums have sky-rocketed since Obamacare went through? It's certainly not "affordable", and the plans have way too much out of pocket costs for the policyholder, unless of course it's all paid for you through government subsidies. I don't know why everyone thinks it's so great. If I wasn't fortunate enough to have lower monthly premiums, because my employer pays a portion, I'd be less than happy to pay $600 a month for a $6,000 deductible plan.

  • Hi, Gidget ! good to see you postimg again.

  • Obamacare is only good for people with massive subsidies or on MEDICAID.

  • Mika on Morning Joe is a real bitch. I end up turning it off because of her rich woman whiney personality.

Actually, no, it was actually reducing the deficit... and that's good for all of us.

Hey, that's Joe's fiancee you're speaking ill of...

But for the record, I do find her little hit and run comments irritating as well. Bitch? No... but then I'm not intimidated by smart women.

And it is true that they are engaged... Oddest couple since Carville and Matalin... although in absolute "odd" terms, no one tops James and Mary.

    True... and...

No... my Healthcare cost went up all of $10/mo in the past three years.

  • I actually didn't know they were engaged. Well, that explains a lot.

Not quite yet... but my private, retiree insurance has been showing me the door they are going to push me out of this September...

... and I got sick enough of all the sales calls, despite being on Texas and National "no call" lists that I finally had my land line disconnected.

  • No call lists are worthless now.
