      There is your answer to make sure those who only really need that assistance are getting it. It was Obama who didn't want to have the work requirements for able bodied people.

            I'm sure the $10 trillion of that debt was loaned to foreigners that the Fed has yet to tell us (through Congress) who those loans went to and what the terms of those agreements were. That to me is the more pressing issue. While this is appears to be a positive change on the surface; I pray this doesn't affect the elderly.

                Sure Obama doled out his share of unjustified cash but I'm talking about the trillions that were doled out before his first term began and during the early stages of his first term.
