Count me among the most surprised to see amazing stuff happening in the Rust Belt.....
Yes after a long and somewhat painful evolution it is happening thanks to forces as diverse as the RNC and LBJ.
Just think how smart you look now if you bought up old properties a few short decades ago.

Cleveland has actually always been pretty cool. Maybe it depends on what you count as cool. I mean, during the times that people thought/think it was at its worst...70s/80s it had perhaps the best local rock n roll thing going in the country.
And what is more cool than rock n roll?
Answer: almost nothing.
